- Ninth year as head coach.
- Has posted 505 career wins and 13 conference titles in 20 years as a collegiate head coach.
- Led the Norse to their first Iowa Conference championship and first trip to the NCAA III National Tournament since 1985 in 2007 and a second IIAC title in 2009.
- Has led the Norse to 144 wins the past six years including three 20-win seasons in 2004 (24), 2005 (24), 2009 (29), and a school record 31 wins in 2007.
- During his seven years as the Norse skipper, his teams have set 50 individual and team school records.
- Has coached teams to one regional and three district/state championships and placed seventh place in one World Series.
- Has coached 88 all-conference performers during his career.
- Has coached 30 all-district/state, 23 all-region, and 9 All-American players.
- Named Four-Year College Coach of the Year by Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association in 2007.

- Also works as a Luther College Admissions Counselor.
- Eighth year as an assistant, fifth as the pitching coach.
- Has coached seven all-Iowa Conference pitchers and three all-region performers.
- In 2008, the Norse pitching staff posted an ERA of 3.84 which ranked 26th in the NCAA III.
- in 2009, the Norse pitching staff led the Iowa Conference with an ERA of 4.42.
- Head baseball coach South Winneshiek High School 2009 (22-11 record).
- Assistant High School Baseball Coach (2000-05).
- Three-year letter winner for the Norse (2000-02) as a member of the pitching staff.

- Shares the school record for career hits (200) and ranks second in career runs scored (128).
