Trio and Erredge finish 7th and 8th at iiac decathlon

Matt Trio and Tat Erredge placed seventh and eighth respectively at the Iowa Conference decathlon hosted by Central College May 1-2. Trio produced a point total of 5,4449 points, while Erredge tallied 5,359 points. Central's Kurtis Brondyke won the 10-event competition with a point total of 6,491.
Trio's point total ranks seventh on Luther's all-time charts. Erredge better his 2007 effort by 565 points and currently ranks eighth all-time with this year's effort.
Central College will also host the IIAC Outdoor Championships on Friday and Saturday, May 8-9.
