A two-year letter winner, Kevin missed qualifying for the 2009 NCAA III National Championship by one match placing fourth at the Iowa Conference Championships. A three-time state qualifier while at Minooka Community High School, he shared Luther's Most Valuable Freshman honors following the 2007-08 season.
