- Fifth year as associate head cross country coach for the women's program.
- 2000 graduate of Macalester College - B.A. International Studies
- June 2008 graduate of NCAA Women's Coaches Academy
- Two-Time Iowa Conference Coach of the Year who led the Norse to back-to-back league titles in 2006 and 2007.
- 2007 Region Coach of the Year after leading Norse to 2007 Central Region Title.
- Her teams have qualified for the NCAA III National Championships in 2006, 2007 and 2008 finishing 11th, 10th and 7th respectively.
- Six-time All-American in cross country and track while a student-athlete at Macalester College.
- Serves as the distance runners coach for the Norse track and field team.
- Joined the Luther staff following two years as an assistant at Williams College (Mass.), where the women's team won the national title in 2004.
- Also works for Luther's study abroad department.

- 2007 graduate of Luther College - B.A. physical education with an emphasis in exercise science.
- 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota - M.S. kinesiology.
- First year as an assistant coach.
- USATF level one certified coach.
- Served as captain of the Norse cross country and track teams as a senior.
- Assistant cross country and track coach at Hamline University 2007-09.
- Will also be teaching an anatomy course in the Health and Physical Education department.

Student Assistant Coach

- 2009 graduate of Luther College - family health, exercise science and psychology major.
- First year as an assistant coach.
- Four-year runner on both the cross country and track teams for the Norse.
