- Recorded her 200th career victory last year and enters 2010 campaign with a record of 206-114.
- Has led Norse to three consecutive 30-win seasons posting a school record 35 victories in 2007 and 2009, and 30 in 2008.
- In 2009, Luther made its 10th appearance in the NCAA III National Tournament, second in the past three years.
- Led the Norse to 2007 Iowa Conference championship, school's first since 1988.
- Has coached 30 all-conference, one conference MVP, 24 NFCA Midwest Region selections and five All-Americans.
