- 2004 graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
- Third year as head coach.
- Took over Norse program after one year as an assistant at UW-River Falls. Prior to UW-River Falls spent two seasons as the head assistant coach at NCAA I Gardner-Webb University, North Carolina (2004-2005).
- Four-year all-conference performer while at St. Thomas.
- Helped lead St. Thomas win two MIAC championships.
- MIAC Player of the Year as a senior.
- Twice named AVCA All-American.

- 8th year as an assitant coach.
- Also serves as the Head Coach of Softball.
Laura Hegerle

- 1st year as an assistant coach.
- Joins Norse coaching staff after playing four years of collegiate volleyball in the NCAA II Northern Sun Conference.
- Served as captain of the Mustangs from 2006-2008.
- During her playing days she worked at various volleyball camps including Northern Lights Volleyball Camps in Burnsville, Minn.

- 2009 graudate of Luther College who majored in athletic training.
- Two-year letter winner.
- 2008 Co-captain.
Anna Simonson
Student Coach - Junior Varsity
- Two-year letter winner for the Norse who will not be able to play this season due to recovering from shoulder surgery.
- 2008 second-team all-Iowa Conference selection at libero.
- Ranks second all-time for career digs by a libero with 986.
- Three-year letter winner as a member of the Norse softball team.
- 2009 National Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association second-team All-American at second base.
